Do you know when the 20ga 7.62×39 full power adapters will be back in stock?
I can not say for sure but hopefully in late spring.
Chad
Been trying to order a 20+” 9mm liner for 3 years. Was told you’d do a run towards the end of the year, any chance I could get an updated estimate on when those will be available?
Hopefully early next year. I’m sorry it has been so long.
Chad
Good afternoon, Just an update. We are almost done with the 45-70 adapters we hope to have the 12ga 18″ and 24″ as well as some 18″ 450 Bushmaster ready to list on 11-11-2023. Next we hope to start working on some 410 adapters. Thank you all for your support.
Chad
l will be looking 0ne minute after midnigjt to ordr 450 bushmaster adapter! I am waiting for Santa to arrive. Hurry Hurry PLEASE! thanks
Just got mine and the accuracy factor us awesum, THANKS!
can you thread the 450 bushmaster 24 inch adapter
Good afternoon, We hope to be able to make some with threads on the muzzle at some point but don’t know when it will be.
Thanks,
Chad
Do you have any 18″ 45-70 20 gauge adapters available
Good afternoon, We do not make a 20ga 45-70 the required wall size would be to thin. Thank you for your interest.
are .22lr barrel liners still in the pipeline for this fall or are they on the back burner due to other delays?
Thanks
Good afternoon, It will be next year early hopefully.
Chad
Hi is it possible for me to reach out by phone? I would like to talk to someone about some questions please, thank you!
Good afternoon, Yes you can contact us at 706-491-7791.
Thanks,
Chad
Good afternoon, Just an update. We hope to have some 20ga to 357/38, 9mm, 380acp and 38 Super in 18″ and 9mm and 357/38 in 11″ versions ready on 9/30. We are also having supply issues on the steel for the 45-70 so we have started revisiting the 410 to 9mm and possibly 357 adapters. No promises but because of the high demand we are going to try our best to make it work. Thank you all again for your business and support you are very much appreciated.
Chad
Good to hear about the .410! A .410 to .38 Special (or 357) adapter is an instant buy from me.
How about some 410 adapters that would work in the new Rossi Brawler handgun? I bet there would be significant demand for those right now.
I will look into it, Thank you for the idea.
Chad
my thoughts also, i will buy them all
I would buy buy any and all.
Revisiting the 410 to 9mm issue is like offering candy to a child for me. I can only hope it will come to fruition.
Excellent! Thanks you for the update as well as a wonderful product.
Joe
Do you by any chance have an ETA for 12ga to 44 mag 18 or 11 inch adapters?
Thank you,
DH
It will be next year before we are able to make the 18 and 11″ again. We hope to have some 24″ later this year. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Well I hate that, but thank you for the quick reply!
truly hoping to see some 45-70 /12g insert soon, have a beautiful SxS in 12G I would love to make into a double. Thanks for all the hard work
Any word on 12 or 20 ga to 40 cal 18″ adapter
Good afternoon, we hope to be able to make 12ga to 40cal in the spring or maybe a little before. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Yay on the 12-to-40. 11 or 18 inch. been waiting for that one. thanks Chad
410 to 357 mag will be an instant buy from me
Hello how are you, does this mean that the 45-70 will not be happening anytime soon?
Hopefully we will still be able to have some ready in the fall.
Any plans to make a .41 magnum adapter?
It is possible we could do them next year, we are looking into it. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
That’s great. 410/.22lr I’ll get two as soon as you have them. Thanks for all your efforts.
G’day! I am looking to expand my hunting opportunities and was thinking that a percussion barrel for my 12 ga in .45 or .50 cal..would be a good addition to my arsenal. The gun would become an in-line rifle and would be loaded like any other muzzle loader..
Any plans for such a barrel?
BMW
Possibly we hope to be able to make some muzzle loader adapters late this year. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I would love a .308, .30-06, .303 Brit,, 8mm Mauser, 7.62×39, 7.62x54R chamber adapter chambered for the .327 Federal. In rifles the chamber pressures should not be a problem and it could use all the other straight cased .32s, like H&R, Short/Long, ACP, giving great versatility. Any chance of that happening?
Good afternoon. Yes, this is something we are going to try to do later this year. Hopefully it will work out.
Chad
What about 17hmr?
Possibly as some point but it will not be in the near future.
Chad
Good Afternoon. Wanted to give an update of what we are currently working on, Hopefully we will be able to have the following ready 8/26/2023.
12ga to 9mm in 18 and 11″
12ga to 9×23 Largo in 18″
12ga to 357 Magnum in 18 and 11″
12 to 357 Sig in 18″
We are also testing the 35 Remington rifle round and the 357 Maximum if they test well we will have a very limited number of those also.
Thanks again for all of your business and support.
-Chad
450 bush master 22 inch 5/8×24 threaded would be handy
I hope the 357 max passes, I’d love to get my hands on one
The .35 Remington is going to be iffy. It would require a good solid action and bushed firing pins. It’s possible for guns along the lines of a Browning BSS or NEF-SB2 frame, with similar strength. Same as .30-30, or better yet, .303 British, which I would pray for. But again, strictly for similar actions with bushed pins. One thing that would sell like crazy and stay well within pressure limits is the Black Powder Express chamberings, in 12ga. they would have to be (.450 3 1/4″ and under). In 10ga., one could go up of course. But if 12 only, the .450 3 1/4″ in black powder or nitro-for-black would have angels singing for the black powder cartridge community.
Hi David, love the blackpowder cartridge idea by the way. The 35 rem would work great it has Slightly less press than a 44 mag with a slightly smaller rim thrust. So a action like the sb-1 would work if it has the smaller firing pin , most sb-1 do. Some 45-90 and 100 BP would be cool as well😉
I’m curious on these cheap turkey shotguns. Like Hatfields and Ari nomads strength capabilities.
Hi, From the feedback I have received they work well with lower pressure rounds for example, 45 LC, 45 ACP, 38sp, 380, 32 Long, 22Lr, 22mag and most 9mm. However I would NOT recommend them for rifle rounds such as 7.62, 30-30, 35 rem.
Thanks,
Chad
Just head out to your local pawn shop or gun shop and get an old H&R,NEF or any other old used shotgun from the 60’s, 70’s or 80’s.. those are at least made with real metal unlike most new ones that use feather weight new age pot metal
I have shot 327 , 7.62×39 and 357 max from my hatfield o/u and thet shoot ok
When will .410 centerfire adapters be available again?
I’m interested in the .357 Max adapters, would give me a reason to reload for it.
For future product suggestions I think rifle chamber adapters is a good idea as there’s none consistently available. I’m not a fan of the rimfire adapters, I’m sure they’d sell well for .223, but what would really turn heads is a 5.7×28 adapter for .223/5.56 rifles. For .30 caliber rifles, .327 would be appealing, but also .30 Super Carry. Offer them in a variety of rifle chamberings, not just the typical .308 and .30-06. There are a lot of rifles out there in .30-30, .303, .30-40, 7.62x54r, etc. that owners would be interested in some cheap, lower power/noise factory pistol ammo.
Any word on when more 12 ga to 44 mag adapters will be available? Preferably 18″ length.
We are probably going to have some 24″ ready in a couple of months. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Please let me know when they become available in24 inch . I have clicked on the 18 inch to be notified ,because there is no 24 inch listed . Thank You .Larry Long .

Thank you all for your business and support.
Chad
So excited about the following:
12ga to 7.62×39 & 12ga to 30-30 win
Can I pre-order them and pay now? Or do I have to wait until they are listed as ‘in stock’?
Good Afternoon. I’m sorry We do not take pre-orders. However if you order it on Saturday (7-1) they should still be in stock. Thank you for interest.
Chad
I must be dreaming! I ordered them on July 1st and got an email that they shipped the same day. I received them July 3rd and July 2nd was a Sunday! They look beautiful. Keep up the incredible attention to detail and superb customer service!
Do you know if you will be make the 12 gauge to 45 70 adapters in the near future
Good Afternoon, We hope to be able to make more 12ga 45-70 adapters in the fall. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
This would be an absolute dream I was devastated when I missed out on the last batch, I have an over under I’m excited to leave it in there as a combination gun!
Are you still planning on making some soon or are there some being made currently?
Good Afternoon, what caliber are you interested in?
Chad
May I have an estimate on when the longer 9mm liners will be available?
I do not have a good time frame on those. Hopefully this year. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help
Chad
When will you be making 30-30 24 inch 12gauge adapters again?
Good Afternoon, We hope to have a very limited number of the 12 to 30-30 24″ adapters ready the first week of July.
-Chad
Hello! Do you have any plans for a new batch of 12 ga to 9MM
Thanks
Good afternoon, We hope to be able to make some more in late summer or fall. Thank you for your business.
Chad
have you considered making to adapters in 20 inch and threading them for a muzzle device
Good Afternoon, Yes this is something we have tinkered with and we do hope to make some in the future. Thank you for your input.
Just received the 2nd adapter insert and it is a thing of beauty, these are some quality items.. I was wondering if there is any chance that you folks could do 20ga insert adapters chambered in 357 maximum?
Good Afternoon, We will look into the 357 maximum for the future. Thank you for your business, we appreciate it.
Chad
I was wondering if you have any plans to make more .410 to .38 Special adapters in any lengths (but preferably 10″ or 18″)? I need one for an old military Rolling Block that was deactivated and I’m trying to use the original barrel as a sleeve to contain the .410/.38 Special adapter so I don’t loose the markings on the barrel.
Good afternoon, hopefully we can make some 10″ and 18″ late this year. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Any chance of you guys making a batch of 45-70 Gov adapters at 28″ in the future?
Good afternoon, We hope to be able to make some 45-70 adapters in late summer early fall I will look into making some 28″. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Good Afternoon Everyone, Just want to give an update. We have finished the 20ga to 22 caliber adapters. This run we made the LR and Mag in the 18″ length and also some 11″ in the LR. We hope to list them Saturday (3/18/2023). As of now we are working on the 26.5mm to 12ga Flare adapters. Thank you all for your business and support!! Hope you all have a great weekend.
-Chad
Do you plan to produce 12gauge to .357 in the near future?
Good Morning, We hope to start on the 20ga version soon and do more 12ga later in the summer. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Hi, have you made these yet? I did not see them listed as available.
Best,
Dale
Yes, They are all listed now. However the 20ga to 327 have already sold out.
Chad
Thanks much for the update Steve. I really like your products. Keep up the good work.
Will you be making more of the 6.5” version of the 26.5mm to 12 gauge marine flare adapter?
Good afternoon, We have made a 4″ version with the 2 O-Rings that we hope to have ready in a week or so. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Thank you for your reply. Would it be possible to make some of the 6.5″ ? I am very interested in purchasing.
We will not be making the 6.5 in the near future. I’m sorry I couldn’t help.
Chad
Hello Chad, great products! Any possibility of the .32 S&W Long > .410 5″ adapters reappearing in the future? I would purchase several immediately, and would be happy to prepay if that would help. –Jamey
Good afternoon, we do hope to make some this year however I don’t have a good time frame of when.
Chad
There is an immediate need for Mac11 barrels. Any chance those will be going back into production?
Will you be making any more 26.5mm flare adapters for the 12 gauge flares? I’ve had my eye on here for a while now, haven’t seen them back in for like a year or so.
Good afternoon, We hope to be able to start on some in about a month.
Thanks,
-Chad
Thank you, Chad. Will keep the eyes open for when they come available then.
Can you tell me what material your barrel liners are made from?
Good Afternoon, They are made from 1026 alloy steel. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I was going to check out some of the pipe insulation that is designed to slip over a pipe that used to be available in 5′ lengths for 3/4″ ID and up, they were designed to split down one side to pop over end or split to pop over side of pipe. then a couple ties to hold in a bedroll type cover
I’m new to the world of barrel adapters and have a couple questions.
Firstly, I wanted to know if barrel adapters (18″ or shorter) are safe to use with 18″ barrels with choke tubes.
Secondly, was curious if you’ve considered a bundle deal. Maybe a deal for three or even five?
Good Morning, Yes our adapters work fine with choke tubes regardless of length. I will look into some package deals for the future. Thank you for your input.
-Chad
Good afternoon everyone. We are finishing the 12ga to 44 Mag adapters in 11 and 18″ versions now and hope to be able to list them Saturday(1-28-2023). Next we will be working on the 20ga to 22LR adapters. Thank you all for your business and you support.
-Chad
Hi Chad,
Can I get on the waiting list for the 20 to 22 long rifle adapters? The inserts are 18i-inch, correct?
Regads,
Frank
Good Afternoon, Because we have not made the 18″ before we don’t have a listing yet but I will try to make one soon. Hopefully it will be about 2-3 weeks from now. Thanks
Chad
Good afternoon Chad, please let me know when you have 20 gauge to 22lr adapters for sell….I definetly WANT ONE. Thanks, I really like your products.
Good Afternoon, Because we have not made the 18″ before we don’t have a listing yet but I will try to make one soon. Hopefully it will be about 2-3 weeks from now. Thanks
-Chad
When can I plan on buying a 20 guage to 7.62×39 and a 20 guage to .357 ? I love the two adapters I already have would like to add some more.
Good Afternoon, Hopefully we will be able to make some 357 this spring and the 7.62 late spring, early summer. Thank you for your business and your support.
-Chad
Will the 7.62 be in 12 gauge as well?
Yes, We hope to be able to make the 7.62 X 39 18″ in 12ga and 20ga early this summer if all goes well.
-Chad
Good Afternoon, We will be listing the 410 to 22LR 18″ adapters tomorrow (1-14-2023). We have started back working on the 12ga to 44Mag/44Sp. in 18 and 11 inch hopefully we can have those ready soon. Thank you all for your business and support. Hope you have a nice weekend.
-Chad
Yay! For my Savage.
When will you be making 20 gauge to 22 Magnum 18 in adapters?
We hope to be able to start on them early February.
-Chad
Good day Chad! I’m really interested in a 357/38 adapter in the 18″ length for a 20 ga. Any plans for those soon?
Hopefully, We will be able to start on them early spring.
Chad
Do you have plans for 20ga to 357 mag adapters?
Hopefully this Spring.
Chad
Yay! Can’t wait, but I guess I have to….
I am interested in purchasing a set of .410 sleeves to convert to 9mm.
Please let me know when I can place an order.
310 613 1834
Good Afternoon, We will not be able to make the 410 to 9mm anytime in the near future. I know that is not what you wanted to hear but just want to be honest.
Chad
Will .410 to 9mm ever be made again, or is it slated to be removed from the .410 options? It’s been a couple of years.
Good Afternoon, making the some of the 410 adapters (9mm, 357 and 327) is a good deal more complicated and time consuming because of the required thin wall thickness. We do hope to be able to make them again sometime this year but it will not be a priority as other adapters that we can make in a timely manner are in demand. Also making these at an affordable price has made it necessary to redesign some things. Thank you for your interest and I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Afternoon Chad,
As a connoisseur of your fine products, I understand your production priorities. The respect I’ve gained for your products, fuels my burning desire for one of your eighteen-inch 9mm or 327 .410 adapters. I will have to take solace in that there may be a light at the end of this tunnel.
I realize we .410res are a minority among shotgunners, but we have a boundless desire for your quality products.
Robert
Thanks Robert, We are going to try to the 410 to 9mm and 327 happen this year. We really appreciate your input.
Chad
You know I must re-inquire at least once a year about 410 to 9mm, and 327 will happen this year.
Temporarily discontinued: Because of design issues, we will not be making these adapters anytime in the near future. However, we are going to keep the waitlist open for them and send notifications if we do produce them again.
Chad
You know it’s not nice to make a grown man cry, Chad. But all joking aside, as I was taught long ago, it is what it is.
Haha, I know I teared up a bit posting it.
Is a .410 > .32 S&W Long a possibility?
Good Afternoon, Yes we do hope to be able to make some 410 to 32 Long later this year.
Chad
Well raise the price. The boys and gurls with survival guns need them
I am 1 of them that don’t 12 gauge or 20g. Is nt needed sense I filled my bag with all yor stuff there nothing more to buy and seams were shot out
Thank you for you input Mr. Lyons. We will do our best to make the 410 to 9mm and 327 18″ happen this year.
Chad
I am also a .410 fan, would very much like a .32 S&W Long adapter in any length, preferably 11″. The .327 adapter would work, but I’ll only ever be using .32 S&W/L as I load my own ammo and anything more powerful defeats my idea of the purpose. The 9×19 in a .410 might be useful too, but not as much so and probably very loud.
Hi there.
We’ve come across some nice conditioned old school Polish flare pistols. We see you have a listing for adapting them down to the more common 12 gauge flares you find nowadays. Just curious when you think the next time you’ll have these in stock? We were hoping to get a couple pistols fitted for when we hit the frozen lakes for ice fishing this winter.
Good Afternoon, Hopefully in February
Hello. I’m asking this here, because I can’t see another way to ask a question, or post a thread. It seems replies are only allowed on my side for some reason? I just made an account here btw. I have purchased three of your adapters on Ebay so far a 12ga to 45-70, 12ga to 45LC, and a 12ga to 22lr. I’m wondering when 12ga to 22mag might be available, either the 11″ or 18″. Thx.
Thank you very much for all of your business we really appreciate it. Hopefully we will be able to make some more of the 12ga to 22mag adapters this Spring or early Summer.
Chad
Has anyone found a good case or roll up bag for the 18 inch adapters?
Thanks
Joshua
a soft pouch- no protection from dents/bending, //made my own/ schedule 40 3/4″ PVC, 3/4″ cap, 3/4″ to 1″ threaded adapter, 1″ threaded cap, 2 garden hose washers//put 1 washer 3/4″ cap-drive on pipe, glue optional/ cut pipe to length of adapter (any length), adapter to be flush with threaded adapter/ put other washer in 1″ cap/coat thread with Vaseline, screw on, drive on pipe/ remove cap, slide in gun adapter, screw on cap//no rattle, tight fit. also made for 410
Thats a ton of bother and more to carry, too. I use a breakdown case for my SXS and store my two adapters in the barrels. End of story and work.
I use a army radio bag anprc 18 inches tall in pocket I use shotgun Moller 25 round pouch for the shorter ones cargo stap to keep quiet
Great idea! Thx for the tip!
Still waiting for your 410 products production to see some equal attention?
Still waiting for any of the arms manufacturers to give 410 users as much attention in production of products as the 12 ga. owners. The red headed step children are getting disillusioned with the arms industry as a whole in shorted production and over priced products. The pandemic is over and this is getting very old very quick.
Hi Dan (and all)
old .410 fan here too, my first firearm growing up. Of all the various shortages we’ve been through since ~2008 along with the deluge of new (ho-hum) cartridges, I can’t remember anything disappearing as fast and hard as .410 and especially 3″ shells. 2.5″ was rare 40 years ago, and now I don’t think anyone makes 3″. These inserts are just what I’ve been looking for, and I’m not alone. The little shotgun is very popular where I’m from, and the ammo versatility these days would make it more so. –Jamey S
I would very much like a .32 S&W Long chamber for my .410 shotgun, that would be extremely useful where I live.
Good Afternoon, Just an update on what we are working on: Hopefully we will have the 12ga to 410 (Only) 18″ adapters ready this weekend 10-22. Next we will be working on the 12 to 45cal in Long Colt (Only), 45ACP and LC/410. Also we are going to try to make some 12ga to 44mag/44sp as well. Also the 9mm, 380 and 357/38sp Liners ASAP. Thank you all for your business, hope you have a nice week.
Chad
I cant seem to find a 22 mag for my 20 gauge shotgun anywhere. Are you planning to have in stock again?
Good Afternoon, We will not be making the 20ga version anytime soon. I am sorry I couldn’t help.
Chad
thank you for making great products , so far i got 12-30-30 ,two 12-7.62×39, 12-44 mag, 12-45-70 . i love them all far far cheaper then buying new rifles outright and for the distance my old see they are the perfect deer guns
Thank you for your continued business and support. We really appreciate it!!!!
Chad
20ga to 22 mag in 18in hopefully soon. I’ve been hoping for this to happen at least 2 years!! Any time line on this?
Good Afternoon, because of the offset and the bore diameter of the 20 gauge we are still working on a way to make this work effectively. Hopefully we will be able to come up with something early next year. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I was hoping to hear about any .22 lr 18″ers for the 12, 20 and .410 gauges coming up. Also…any thoughts of producing an optic mount for the single shots? Best regards for Thanksgiving.
Howard Bernier
Good morning, we are planning on starting the 410 to 22lr 18″ adapters soon. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.
Chad
Yep an adapter that goes from centerfire to rimfire cartridges is a real design (engineering) problem.
I see broken firing pins in my imagination of that lol.
Dave G.
12 ga to 45Colt x11” is on my list!
Good Afternoon. We hope to have the 18″ finished this weekend, however it will be sometime next year before we are able to make the 11″. Thank you for your interest and I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Have yall considered designing an adapter for centerfire muzzloading rifles for example a break open Traditions .50 caliber? I would love to have a.22 rifle barrel that would simply screw in like the breech plug.
Thanks
We do plan on looking into that sometime next year. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Shoot, definitely interested in something like 12 gauge to 209 muzzleloader adapter. There’s some on the market but they don’t offer additional rifling
I was also thinking it would be neat to have a rifled muzzleloading adapter. Ideally in .50 cal but I’d understand if it needed to be .45 cal to fit in a 12 gauge barrel and still have decent wall thickness.
Will you guys make a 7.62×39 adapter again? I want a proper rifle caliber adapter, but 45-70 costs $2.50 a round. 7.62×39 is only $.35 a round. I know .223 is cheaper but .223 uses small primers, which seem to not play nice with larger shotgun firing pin holes. Also 7.62×39 operates at a lower pressure; 51k vs 55k or 62K for NATO spec 5.56.
Good afternoon, We do plan om making them again. However I do no have a good timeframe of when at this time.
Chad
Ok ty
Any idea on when you will be making 9mm for 20ga or 12ga ?
Thanks
Fred G
The steel for those adapters is on backorder. I do not know when it will be but it will be next year at best.
Chad
I’m selling my 9mm adapter for 12ga here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/125586698169
Good Afternoon, Just a heads up on what we are working on. The past month we have been working on the 12ga to 45-70 adapters in 18″ and 24″ lengths. We are hoping to have them ready in 2-3 weeks. Thank you all for your business and hope you have a nice Labor Day weekend.
-Chad
What new calibers are you working on? Haven’t seen anything new from you recently, just restock of current
We are trying to get caught up on restocking the products that are in the most demand. Hopefully we will be able to look into some new calibers early next year.
Thanks,
-Chad
I would lone one in 308. any thoughts on that? When evaluating the shotgun what should I be looking for? I would love to put these into a O/U or SxS to make a poor mans double rifle.
Good Afternoon, We have not yet made a 308 because the very high chamber pressure will cause issues with a lot of shotguns. It is something we may do at some point for capable shotguns however I do not have a timeframe of when that would be. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Do you know when you might be running .357 liners again?
Hopefully in November.
Chad
Do you know when you will be making 12ga to 45 lc 18inch adapters again

Next we will be working on the 12ga to 45LC, 45ACP and LC/410 adapters. Thank you all for you business and you support.
Chad
Any idea on when you will be making 20ga to 45acp adapters? Will you be making them in 18” lengths?
Good Afternoon, we have a few of the 6″ version available now. It will be late in the year or next year before we are able to start on the 20ga versions again. We are about to start working on the 12ga 45cal. Thank you for your interest and I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Any idea how long it will be to have adapters shipping to Canada?
Good Afternoon, We are not able to ship directly to Canada at this time. However we are working with a Canadian supplier who is carrying some of our products. You can reach them at http://www.nine35.ca
Thank you for your interest.
Chad
18 inch 20 gauge to 327?
Good afternoon, It will most likely be next year. Thank you for your interest.
Any idea what calibers will be available soon? I’m trying to decide whether to wait or pay a gunsmith to do a conversion for me.
Good Afternoon. We hope to start working on the 45ACP, LC and LC/410 and 45-70 Adapters next, not sure in which order. We have the 9mm and 380 in the 18″ version in stock now and will have some 24″ 30-30 ready soon. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
They should do 300 blackout
When are you hoping to have these 12 gauge to 45ACP and 12 gauge to .45 Colt adapters ready?
Good Afternoon, We hope to start working on them in early winter. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Just curious, what o ring size does the 12 gauge barrel adapters use? I plan to get a couple extra just in case I lose some over the years
Good Afternoon. Most 12ga adapters use size 112 on the muzzle and 015 on the chamber. However the 22 and 45-70 adapters use 015 on both.
-Chad
Any time frame on making 20 gauge to 22 magnum 18 to 20 in?
Good afternoon, Because of the design required for the loner 20ga version. I do not have a good timeframe at the moment.
Chad
Good Morning, This morning we have listed the 12ga to 22 LR and Mag adapters in the 18″ version. Also the 12ga to 380 ACP in 6, 11 and 18″ versions. Next we will be working on the 6″ and 11″ 12ga to 22 adapters. Thank you all for your business and support. Hope you all have a wonderful Memorial weekend.
Chad
What would it cost me to get a 18″ 350 legend adapter in 12ga made?
We are not able to do custom work, I’m sorry. We are going to look closer into the 350 to see if it is possible in the future.
Chad
thank you
Hey Chad,
When is the next batch of 18″ or 11″ 22lr coming in? I’d like to be on the list.
R/S
Jeff
Good Afternoon, If all goes well we hope to list the 6″ and 11″ 12ga to 22LR & MAG this Saturday (7-16-22)
Hello- Any idea on when we might expect to see 22lr chambered barrel liners back in stock? Specifically interested into 10′ or 18″. Thank you.
It will most likely be fall before we are able to run those again. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I see your estimated production window on the shorter 22lr liners for fall 2022,I’m interested in the 28″. Are you estimating a fall production on this item also?.
Good Afternoon, Yes we hope to have 4, 5.5, 11 and 28″ 22 liners in early fall. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I’ll trade you 18″ 22lr for a 18″ 22 wmr. Contact if interested. Ut1cbe@yahoo.com
any chance of a replacement barrel for a charter Arms Explorer 2 pistol?
Good afternoon, not at this time. I’m sorry I couldn’t help.
Chad
i want a .410 to 38 special, or even 357 mag or max adapter.
somewhere between 10″ and 24″.
any idea on the eta for your 410 to 38 spl adapters to be back in stock?
on a side note:
i just bought an 11″ long 12 ga to 40s&w adapter from you.
i tested it out last weekend, it was super impressive!
i tested it the way you shipped it, i did not add any extra o rings.
it kept under 2″ groups at 50 yards, from the bench, with 155 grain american eagle ammo.
a few rounds were in the bull, almost all in the first ring.
was getting about at 1280 fps from the 11″ adapter.
thats about 150 fps faster than from my pistol.
i was very surprised at how well the adapter works.
this was shot from the cheapest turkish single shot they sell($72 new on GB).
i just ordered a short 12 ga to 357mag adapter as well, to hold me over till a long one is available!
get these back in stock!
they will sell!
thx for an american made, outstanding product, that just flat works!!
Any ETA on the .308 adapter for the 12ga?
Good Afternoon, Due to the very high chamber pressure we will not be making a .308 adapter any time soon. I’m sorry I could not help.
Chad
hello when will 357 Mag 20 Gauge Shotgun Adapters 18″ and 357 12 Gauge Shotgun Adapters 11″-18″ be in stock ?
Good Afternoon, We are currently working on the 22 liners. When we are finished with those we plan on starting on the 12ga to 9mm, 357/38 and 380 adapters. So hopefully in 2-3 months. It will be later in the year before we make the 20ga versions again. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Good day, can we contact you via email?
I have some questions regarding international shipping.
Thanks
Sure
-Chad
Good Morning. Just a update on our progress, we are scheduled to get the 30-30 and some 327 adapters back form finishing today. So we are going to try our best to have them ready to list tomorrow 2/26. Also we have added a 24″ version for the 30-30 adapters. Thank you again for all your business and support.
Chad
This is good news regarding the 30-30 adapters. After a 2+ years of waiting with great anticipation it is truly exciting to know very soon I can pay and receive a 30-30 adapter.
Good morning, They are listed now and I will make sure I save one for you. Thank you for your support.
Chad
Hey Chad looking for more of the 410 like 327 fed would be great for my kit
Hey guys, just curious if you are able to provide an ETA of the next batch of shotgun adapters (so I can stop obsessively checking this website like its a daily ritual haha)
Good Afternoon, We are currently working on the 30-30 adapters. You can go to the website and the product page then click on the link email me when available and you will receive a notification as soon as they are back in stock.
Any luck on the 30 30 or did miss out
Good Afternoon, We hope to have the 30-30 adapters finished and taken to finishing this week so hopefully we can have them ready in a week or two.
Any idea when 22, 9mm and 45acp liners will be back?
Good Morning, We started working on the 22 liners this week we hope to have some ready to list in a couple of weeks. We hope to make more of the 9mm and 45 this spring. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
When will y’all have 21″ .357 magnum threaded barrel blanks available?
Good Afternoon, It looks like it will be spring at best. I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Any update or narrowed down ETA on the 21″ 357 Magnum threaded blanks?
Good Afternoon, Hopefully this spring. We are about to be finished with the 30-30 adapters and will be working on the 22 liners next then the 9mm, 357/38 and 380 adapters for 12ga. we may be able to work in some liners then. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I’m wanting a 20 or 21” .357 barrel liner too. My gunsmith will cut it down and thread it to make a 15” barrel for my Dan Wesson 15-2VH15” (vented heavy shroud).
any 12 ga 444 marlin adapters
458 win mag adapters
Not at the moment. Sorry.
Chad
Good Afternoon, We are planning on relisting some more shotgun adapters this Saturday the 15th. 20ga to 9mm, 380 and 357 in three lengths 6″, 11″ and 18″. We are also going to be introducing some new calibers in the 12ga which will be 10mm and 40 S&W which will also be in the same three lengths. We have now started working on the 20ga to 30-30’s. Thank you all for you business and support it is greatly appreciated.
Chad
Any timeline for .22lr for the .410 ga?
Thank you
We do hope to be able to make some more 410 to 22 adapters but I do not have a good timeframe on those. I’m sorry I could not be of more help.
Chad
Why are you only concentrating on the other gauges and ignoring 410 adapters when they’re in such high demand? We’ve been waiting a long time for ammo and accessories? What’s up with an entire industry completly ignoring our needs?
How about you set a trend and start making something for the 410 enthusiasts?
Good Afternoon. I understand your frustration. We recently made some of the 410 to 38sp and 380 adapters, they should still be in stock.
-Chad
What are the chances of a 410 tour hornetin a Rosse breakaction
With 10mm being introduced are there plans for liners? What twist are your 40/10mm products?
Thanks
Good Afternoon, we do plan on making liners at some point. the twist rate is 1-16″. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Hey Chad. Great news! I have 8 of your adapters already and am on the list for 2 of the 10mm 18”. I’m hoping you will consider 2 really popular straight walled cartridges for adaptors…350 legend and 450 bushmaster. Some states that previously only allowed shotgun hunting now allow those straight wall options…..What better way to help those people than to give them another hunting option…
Thank you very much for your business and input. We will look into those cartriges closer this year. Hope you have a nice weekend.
Chad
12 gauge to 22 mag?
Hopefully this summer.
Chad
Hi, Are you not making any 28″ liners any more? I am pleased with mine and took a deer this season with it. I would like to purchase another one.
We do hope to be able to make some this spring. I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
-Chad
I see a 16″ twist on some 45’s on ebay. Are any barrel liners listed here the 1:16?
Good Afternoon, All of the current 45 barrel liners we have now are 1-16t.
When we looking at 30 30 and 3279
Good Afternoon, We have started working on the 20ga 30-30 adapters and will start on the 12ga version directly after. Hopefully we will have some ready in a couple of months.
-Chad
Any progress on 44 caliber barrels? If possible I would purchase an unchambered barrel for airgun use. Not sure if that helps you in your workflow.
I have a few of the 6″ and 11″ liners. It will be spring before we are able to start on the Adapters. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Any update on the 20ga to 357 adapter s??
We hope to be able to take them to finishing around the 1st. So hopefully we will have them ready 2nd week of Jan.
Update on 18” 38-410 or 9mm-410 adapters?
Good Afternoon, I do not have a good timeframe on the 38sp 410 in 18″ but it will not be anytime soon. The 410 9mm and 357 is going to be difficult for us to make at a reasonable cost, if we do make those again it will be the distant future. Thank you for your interest.
-Chad
The future forecast for 9mm-410 18” adapters is truly disheartening. When we spoke in the spring you projected them for end of the year/early new year. I truly didn’t get a warm/fuzzy felling on 38sp forecast either…
Good day,
Any update on the 20 ga to 357 adapters?
Thank you,
Good Afternoon, We hope to have them ready to list Saturday (1-15-2022). Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Good Afternoon, We are almost finished with the 20ga to 45 caliber adapters in Long Colt, ACP and LC/410. Hopefully we can list them this Saturday 12-11. We should also have some 45 caliber Liners ready also. Thank you all for your business and support and we hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!
Chad
Excellent news, Sir. I’m good for an 18″ .45 ACP and .45 LC insert. Is there anyway I can get on a list? I may already be on one. When I purchased a 9mm barrel earlier this year you and I spoke and I thought I was added. Perhaps I misunderstood. Thank you!
Good Afternoon Mr. Thomas, We will be listing these today. I will make sure I hold out one of each for you incase you are not on the wait list. Thanks
Chad
Very good news! Thank you so much for contacting me. I will attempt to contact you tomorrow to settle up. If your not available on Sunday I’ll contact you on Monday. Joe.
Will you have the 20ga to 357mag done at the same time.
Thanks
Fred
Good Afternoon, We will NOT have the 20ga to 9mm,357 or 380 ready this weekend. We are working on them now and hopefully we will have them ready in a couple of weeks.
Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I just got a chance to try out the new 45acp. It’s great! Workmanship and fit are spot on. Keep up the good work.
Do you have an update or estimated time for the 20ga to 357 mag adapters??
Thanks
Fred
Chad: Waiting patiently for 20ga to 30-30 and 20ga to 7.62×39 any idea when? I have 9mm and now 45acp. Soon, maybe Please Please
Thanks,
Rick
Hopefully you will be making more long .44 caliber barrels (or a slower twist 45). The .44 cal I have on my Airgun worked pretty good a couple weekends ago.
I took a deer at 50 yards using AIR and a 310 grain Lee bullet that I cast.
The barrel length at about 27″ helps it reach about 310 FPE.
Please check out the video
https://youtu.be/ipDxYnsqydE
Sorry I have posted a couple comments on here because I don’t see any other airgun content. These bare liners are what is used due to lower pressure. Makes it easier than using a traditional blank 😉
Thanks!
Good evening Chad, I would like an update on the 327 mag x 12 and/or 20 ga adapters.
Good Afternoon, We are working on 20ga adapters now in the following calibers. 9mm, 357, 380, 45LC, 45ACP and 45LC/410. It will most likely be next before we are able to start on the 327 adapters.
Good day,
Just wondering when you think you might be done with the 357 mag 20 ga adapters 18″ long.
Thank you,
We are working on them now, however it will be a while because we are making other calibers and lengths as well this run.
We are hoping to have some ready mid December. Thank you for you for your interest.
Chad
Hi – can you clarify when you think you might start on the 12ga 327 adaptors? Really looking forward to adding this one to my collection.
Good Afternoon, We are working on the 20ga 357 now. It will be next year before we are able to start on the 12ga version. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
What the schedule for the 20 gauge to 30-30 cal adapter to be available? Hoping sooner than later.
Hopefully early spring.
Chad
Good Morning, Just an update on what we are working on at the moment. We hope to be able to finish the 410 to 38 special and 410 to 380 10″ Long versions this week and get them to finishing. Next we will be working on the 9mm, 357 and 380 11″ and 21″ barrel liners both with the .570″ O.D. Thank you again for your support.
Chad
Does that include all lengths
The 410 adapters are only 10″
The Liners are 11″ and 21″
I don’t see option to order 410 10 inch in 380 or 38 special I will need 1 each. Sight says 7.5 inch ho do I order. Thanks
Good Afternoon, We are replacing the 7.5″ with the 10″. The price will be $64.38 = $5 shipping. We have taken them to finishing and hopefully will have them ready to list next weekend. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding and thank you for your interest.
Chad
Did miss these? I would really like to have one for the 38spl. I’m on the email list for the 7.5 and the 18”
No you have not. We should have them listed sometime this week.
Chad
Greetings,
Do you have a rough idea when the 12 gauge .380 adapters in 11″ or 18″ will be available?
Thank you in advance!
-Phil
Good Afternoon, Possibly by the end of the year or maybe early next year.
Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I see your 380 21″ liners are still available. Not sure why they haven’t been purchased?? If they were on ebay they’d be gone in a New York minute. Thanks for offering these on your website as ebay supports California craziness. Are you planning on making 28″?
Good Afternoon, Thank you for your support. We did not list them on ebay because we were only able to make a few this run. we do plan on making some 28″ in the future. Not sure when it will be. Thanks again.
Chad
Why won’t you ever email me when you get the 4570/12 in stock? I’m on the mailing list. Can I give you money and you send it when ever you get around to it? Throw me a bone man.
I’m sorry to hear that you did not receive a notification when they were restocked. Maybe you were just signed up on the general mailing list which is used for new products that are released. If a product you are interested in is out of stock then on the products page you can click the link e-mail me when available and you Should receive a email when that product is back in stock. Hope this helps.
Chad
Hello,
Good news that you are back up to production. Can you tell me, will you be making more of the 44 caliber barrel liners? I really like your liner and am wanting another airgun (unless there is a slower 24 twist 45 caliber coming down the line).
Good Afternoon, we are still trying to get material for the 44 liners hopefully we will be able to have some ready this winter.
Chad
Good Afternoon, We have taken the 45-70 18″ & 24″ to finishing. They are expecting to have them done next week so hopefully we will be able to have them ready to list on the 21st of August. We have also started working on the 22 Liners in 5″, 11″ and 23″. Thank you all for you support.
Chad
Does that include the 22 mag liners?
Yes, we are going to make the 22LR and 22 magnum.
Any plans for 1-16 twist 22lr liners in the 10 inch and 20 inch sizes?
We hope to have some 11 and 23″ 22 liners in 1-16 in a month or so
Chad
Will you be making the 5”22LR and 22MAG 12g adapters any time soon then?
We hope to make a 3.2″ version of both soon, It is possible that we make a 5″ version this year but it will be late if we do. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Will the 12 gauge to 22 magnum be available in 18”? If so, any idea when?
Good Afternoon, It will most likely be next year before we are able to start on them. I’m sorry It couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Are you planning on making any of the 327 magnum in 12 or 20 gauge anytime soon?
Also have you ever made any in 22 Hornet?
Thanks
Jeremy
Good Morning, We hope to be able to make some 327 adapters later this year. We will not be making any 22 hornet in the near future. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Just read your August 16, 2021 reply to Jeremy re making any 327 Magnum Chamber Reducers anytime soon. I am hoping to obtain at least one of them.
Charles M.
Good Afternoon, We do hope to be able to make some later this year.
Hi Chad- any idea when you might be doing 22lr in 18″? I’m on the wait list for that length. I’ll be picking up a 45-70 18″ as soon as they go up this coming week. THX!
It will probably be early next year before we are able to start on the 18″ 22 Adapters.
Chad
Gotta ask. Why 23 inch? Why not 18 or 24 inch?
`Dave M
Hi, Because of the way our rifling machine is made 23″ is the most efficient size. We are planning on making modifications to allow 24″ to be made more easily.
Chad
Chad,
Do you plan on making any 45 caliber liners this year with a slower twist (24 or 20)? I have been anxious for a 45 caliber (or bigger) airgun. Looking to use your 44 caliberfor deer later this year.
Thanks!
Hi, We hope to make some 45 liners later in the year however we will not be able to make the slower twist this year. I’m sorry I couldn’t help. Good luck this season and thank you for your business.
Chad
Good afternoon, Sorry it has taken so long to update. We have recently complied and have listed the 6″ barrel liners of the following calibers 9mm, 357 and 380. We have been working on the 45-70 12ga adapters for the past month and hopefully we will be able to have some ready in 2-3 weeks from now. Thank you all for your interest, business and your support we truly appreciate it. Hope you all are doing well.
-Chad
Any chance these barrel liners will be available in longer length such as 11 inch?
And
Do you know the price of these 6 inch adapters?
Good Afternoon, Hopefully we will be able to make some 11 liners in 9mm,380,357, 22lr and 22 mag in a couple of months. Most of our 6″ adapters will be $50-$60.
Thanks,
Chad
Hi, Chad
I have an odd request. Would you consider making shotgun inserts for 12 gauge to .40 S&W, or 10 mm Auto?
I ask because I have ammo in both calibers, but am not really interested in buying over-priced guns right now.
Hi, We have just received some of the tooling for the 40/10mm calibers hopefully we will be able to make some this fall. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Chad, I truly hope that you guys are able to make the .40/10 mm. I would just love to have an 11″ in 40sw, but I did not see a place to get emailed on them. I picked up one of your .357 18-inchers in 12 gauge and it impressed everybody who shot it. accuracy was amazing. thanks
I second this. I load 10mm and have thousands of rounds and own a charles daly triple magnum and would love to be able to shoot my handloads out of that.
Hey Chad, is there a timeframe for 18″ 22 lr for 12 ga? Love all the work you do!
Good Afternoon, Unfortunately it will be late this year at best before we are able to start on the 22lr adapters. We really appreciate your support and I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Hi Chad,
Do you plan to produce some 22WMR adapters for either 12 or 20 guage in 18 inch or longer together with the 22LR later this year?
We hope to, however it will be Late this year or possibly next year. Sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Good afternoon, Just wanted to give an update. We have taken the 12ga to 30-30 and 7.62 x 39 18″ adapters to finishing. We hope to have some ready to list the first weekend in June. Thank you all again for your support.
Chad
thanks for the good news, I have a Savage O/U .222 20 ga. Really want a knockout punch for the 20 ga. 30 30, .308 .270 something like that, I know you’re geared for the 30 30 already. Keep up the good work
Hi Chad,
I just check the Chaszel site this evening at 6:40 pm and don’t see the 12 Ga to 30-30 adapters or 12 Ga to 7.62 x 39 mm that were scheduled to be added this week (1st week of June). Did I miss them, are they already sold out?
Good Afternoon, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. We hope to be able to list them the first weekend in June (the 5th).
Thanks,
Chad
when will the 45/70 24inch adapters be ready
Good Afternoon, Hopefully in a couple of months.
Thanks,
Chad
Like to request 454 casual if so I will need 3 x 18′ and or 17hmr any gauge 1
Hi, I hope you can get up and running on the 762X39 18 inch . Will you folks be sending out some news
when they come up for sale?
Good morning, They are available now here is the link.
https://chaszel.com/product/7-62×39-shotgun-adapters/
Chad
Is the 20 gauge to 30-30 scheduled for release soon.
Good afternoon, We do hope to make them again however it will be later this year. I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Please put me on the mailing list when they are going to be available again. You already have my email address. TIA Terry Cannon
Hello Chad, your website says that the 12 ga 7.62 x 39 adapter will work in shotguns chambered in 2 3/4 and 3 inch . I am planning to upgrade to a over/under magnum shotgun chambered in 3.5 inch.
– Will your adapter be compatible with a the 12 ga , 3.5 inch chamber?
– If no, are you planning to manufacture adapters for 3.5 inch chambered shotguns, such as Browning Citori, CZ Swamp and Reaper, TrisStar Magii that are getting popularity because of magnum chambers?
– I am interested in a larger caliber adapter for my new 3.5 inch 12 ga over/under shotgun. Are you planning to manufacture 308 Win (7.61×51) or even 30-06 adapters?
– If yes, what would be the length, weight and price for the 308 or 30-06 adapters compatible with 3.5inch 12 ga shotguns?
Thank you, regards
Good Afternoon, All of our adapters should work fine in a 3.5″ chamber. We do not have any plans on making the 308 or 30-06 in the near future because of the very high chamber pressure.
Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Still Waiting, Anything available?
Good Afternoon, Just a update on our progress. We hope to have the 12ga to 45 Long Colt, 45 ACP, 45 LC/410 and 44 Mag 18″ Long Adapters ready to list this Saturday 4/17. We have now started working on the 12ga to 30-30 and 7.62×39 18″ Adapters. Thank you all for your Support.
-Chad
good to hear! i have been wanting the 18″ 45acp and 7.62×39 adapters. missed the last time you had the 7.62×39 available. hope to get 1 of each. when available. thanks1
Time frame on any of the 410 to 38/9mm/380 adapters?
Good morning, Hopefully if things go as planed we can start on the 410 to 38sp, 380, 32S&W and 32ACP in early fall. The 9mm is more complex and time consuming I do not have a good time frame of when we will be able to do those again. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Do you make the 7.62×39 in 20 ga? 9” or 18”?
We do make a 20ga-7.62×39 18″. We are sold out at them moment but hope to be able to make some later this year. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I would be very interested in a 76 2 x 39. 18 inch for the 20 gauge as well please advise me if they become available. Jonathan Steffan mail@groveassociates.com
Hope to see 12g 44mag in 11 inch soon!! Keep up the good work!
Cheer!
What is the estimated date that the 12 gauge to 30-30 and 7.62×39 mm 18 inch tube will be available to buy?
We are working on them now. Hopefully we will have some ready in 1 1/2 to 2 Months.
Chad
Hi Chad,
Could I put an order in for one of those 12 gauge to 30 30 inserts when you have some ready? I bought one of your 20 gauge to 357 magnum and inserts and it is awesome.
Frank Manning
Good Afternoon Mr. Manning, We are glad to hear that you are pleased with your 20ga to 357 thank you for letting us know. You can go to the product page for the 12ga to 30-30 adapter and click the link email me when available. You will receive a notification as soon as they are back in stock. Thank you for your business and your support.
Chad
received the 18″ 45acp adapter. another piece of fine craftsmanship. will be putting it to use in the next couple weeks. thank you for making these adapters. makes shooting more fun.
I have the 22lr,45acp,9mm,30-30 but i really need the 7.62×39. Hopefully im close to the top of the waiting list.
Good Afternoon, Hopefully we will have the 7.62×39 ready in a couple of weeks.
I recieved the 18″ 45 colt adapter last week and loved it. Was going to go ahead and order the 45acp and 357 magnum but they are all ready out of stock. Any idea when they will be back in stock. Thanks for making a great product.
Glad to hear that you are pleased with the 45 Colt. We may have a few 357’s this weekend. It will be a while before we are able to set back up on the 45 ACP.
Thank you for your business.
Chad
Hello! I’m very interested in purchasing some of you threaded barrel blanks. Do have an idea on when they will be back in stock?
Good afternoon, Because of the high demand for 12ga adapters at the moment this is what we have been working on. We are hoping to be able to get more liners and blanks ready sometime this summer.
Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Any chance for a 223/556 12ga adapter
Good Afternoon, We will look into it the 223/556 more in the future. However we will not be making them anytime soon because of the very high chamber pressure. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Can you give a general date for when you might have more 28″ 22 WMR liners available…
Hopefully around June.
Chad
Good Afternoon, We just wanted to give an update on what we are working on. The 12ga to 9mm and 357/38 18″ versions are complete and we are planning on listing them around lunch tomorrow Saturday 3/13/2021. We have begin working on the 12ga to 45acp, 45lc, 45 lc/410 and the 44 mag all of this run will be the 18″ version also. Thank you all for your business and support it is greatly appreciated.
Chad
If a buy an 18-inch 12ga to 45lc/410, wilI I be able to use it with an 18-inch 410 to 22lr later, when you make some of those? Which are you more likely to make first — 22lr for 410, or 22lr for 12ga? I mean the longer ones (at least 11 inches)? Has anyone tested the accuracy of shooting a 22 bullet through a 22lr barrel that is within a 410 barrel that is within a 12ga barrel (adapter within adapter)? Thank you.
Good Afternoon Mr. Wicklund. Using the 410 to 22lr adapter in a 12ga to 410/45lc adapter should work with a little modification. You would need to use something on the muzzle end to build it up a bit to keep it snug. The 22lr adapter is designed to fit. (.410) dia. whereas the bore on the 12ga adapter is going to be around (.445). I do not know at this time which we will be making first, also I have not tested in this setup or had any feedback of anyone that has. Hope I will a little help.
Chad
Thank you for the info about nesting a 410/22lr adapter inside a 12ga/45lc410 adapter. I just received the new 12ga/9mm and 12ga/357 mag adapters. Excellent workmanship. They will let me use my 12ga shotguns at an indoor range near my house that does not allow 12ga shot/slugs.
I have all the calibers in 7″ but I’m missing 12g-3030 and 12g-308 and 12g-444 and 12g-458. These would complete my collection i have calibers from 22s-454 casual. It would be nice to finish the adapter calibers in .y collection. If ever you get them notify me.they can be 7″-24″ sincerely Army veteran Mr peacock
Good morning,
I am in the market for 6 pieces of 45 cal heavy barrel stock 20″ to 24″ long. Could I put a back order in for them?
Thank you
John Kern
Good Afternoonm, We do not do backorders. However you can add your email to the waitlist and you will be notified when they are available.
Chad
When do you plan on restocking the threaded 22lr blanks? Specifically the 21″
Good Afternoon, Hopefully sometime this spring. Sorry I don’t have a good timeframe on liners.
Chad
When do you think you will have the 45-70 insert 24 in I hope you make some 28in
We hope to be able to start on them in the spring. We will try to make some 28″ also.
Chad
Outstanding! I’m in for a 28″ as well!!
Good Afternoon, Due to the very high demand at the moment we are out of a great deal of our inventory. As an update on what we are working on. We are almost finished with the following 2 3/4″ adapters. 9mm, 357/38sp, 380, 45acp and 45 Long Colt. The next thing we will be working on is the 2 3/4″ 12ga to 20ga which is in very high demand now. After we hope to start on the 12 ga adapters in 9mm, 357/38sp, 380 in 18″ lengths. Thank you all for your support.
Chad
Any idea when you will have 9mm rifled 410 Shotgun Adapters in 11″length again? Do you have an “advance purchase” option?
-Dan
Good Afternoon, The 9mm, 357 and 327 to 410 adapters are the most difficult and time consuming adapters we make. With the high demand for all types of adapters we have been focusing on the most wanted and ones we can complete the quickest. So realistically we will not be making those anytime soon. I’m sorry I know this is not what you wanted to hear. We do not do advanced purchase. Thank you for you interest.
Chad
Will you will have 9mm rifled 410 Shotgun Adapters in 18″ any time this year?
Good Afternoon, Honestly If we do it will be late in the year.
-Chad
If custom order item is available, what would be the additional cost for this item?
We are not able to do custom orders at this time.
Chad
I’m so glad I got a 9mm/410 adapter for my savage 42, it’s amazing and awesome, very fragile though as we machinists say “it’s a lot of thin wall work” until you put it in the shotgun barrel be super careful.
I loved my 9mm so much I locktited it in
any word on the 12ga to 45-70?
We hope to be able to make some more in late spring. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Any idea when 12 Guage to 22 long rifle in a rifled 18″ length will be available?
Good Afternoon, It will most likely be summer at best before we are able to start on the 18″ 22 Adapters. I’m sorry it couldn’t be sooner.
Chad
Any idea when we can exoect to see 12Ga 11 inch pistol caliber adapters?
We are working on the 12ga 18″ adapters at the moment it will probably be summer before we are able to get to the 11″.
Chad
Will the 44mag adapter for either 12 gauge or 20 gauge be available soon? Also will you be producing 22 magnum in 18in for 20 gauge soon? Thanking you in advance!
We are currently working on the 12ga to 9mm and 357 18″ adapters. When we are finished with those we are planning on starting the 12ga to 44mag.
Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Any idea when you’ll be making more 21″ threaded barrel blanks in .357mag? Thanks
Good Afternoon, It will probably be late spring. Thank you.
Chad
Yes please do!
.357/.38 special 18”
Looking forward to them. Will you allow preorders on the 12 gauge to 9mm 18in.? Thanks
Good Afternoon, We are hoping to finish the 12ga to 9mm 18in this week and send them to finishing. So hopefully we will have some ready in a couple of weeks. We do not do pre orders. However you can go to the website and the product page then click the link email me when available and you will be notified when they are back in stock. Thank you for your interest and your business.
Chad
I need two adapters made for my Russian 12ga. I need a 12ga /444 and 12ga /458 my gun has a 5″ inch clearance before interning the barrel. I have 4 1/2 “12 ga Russian shells that fit fine.
Can you tell me what size adaptor, gauge and caliber will be available next and approximate date?
Good Afternoon, We have taken some 12ga to 30-30 adapters to finishing and hope to get those back in a week or so. We have now started working on the 2 3/4″Long 12ga adapters in 9mm, 380, 357, 45LC and 45ACP. Hopefully we can have those ready in January. Thank you for your interest.
-Chad
In order: want it, got it, want it, got it, want it, got it… Here’s hoping Santa tucks some Chaszel money into my stocking. 😀
Any up date on 30-30 adapters
It is looking like sometime this spring if every thing goes well.
Chad
hello pete here i know you are laced up tight but i will ask about the 7.62×39 out of the 20 gauge when are expected to be out wrong word avalable 11″ 16″ 18″ just for the kicks 223/556
It will be spring at the earliest before we are able to start on more of the 7.62×39 20ga. adapters.
Chad
Seems like a while…. You all must be swamped…. sign me up for one.
Will we be seeing any 12 gauge barrel adapters in 7.62×39 again anytime soon?
We do hope to be able to make them again. However it will not be soon.
Chad
Good Afternoon, Just wanted to give an update. We have taken the 45-70 Adapters to Finishing, hopefully we will get them back and ready to be listed in a couple of weeks.
Thank you all for your support. We really appreciate you!!!
-Chad
i love my 45-70 insert along with my 762×39 and 30-30, the 45-70 is my favorite something about launching a 405 gr chunk of lead at your target is very pleasing
i cant wait to see what your company has in the future
Since y’all make .452 and .458 caliber stuff, are there any plans to do a limited run of .450 Bushmaster, or maybe do kickstarter equivalent to gauge interest? I’d pre-order 2 of them if pricing was similar to your current products.
Good Afternoon, I’m not sure of the chamber pressure on the bushmaster. I will look into it and see if it is possible. Thanks for your interest.
Chad
Hello! I know times are getting crazy, but do you have any idea when you’ll have more 9mm threaded barrel blanks? Working on a modernized Sten project, and would love to have one of your barrels.
Good Afternoon, We will be working on a job for another company the remainder of the year. We are hopping to have some more of the liners and threaded blanks early next year. I am sorry it could not be sooner.
Sorry, looking at ballistics I know I had asked about the 30 carbine before but if you had a 327 magnum in a 18 inch barrel that would be close to the 30 carbine in ballistics and I would be interested.
Good Afternoon, Yes we hope to be able to make more of the 327 Adapters early next year. Thanks,
Chad
I would really like an 18 inch 410 adapter in any caliber .32 or smaller. I’m not picky.
Hi there,
I know you’re out of stock on the .410 —> .22LR rifled adapters. Can you share the weight of this rifled adapter? I wasn’t able to find it anywhere.
Do you know offhand if this adapter will fit and function correctly with the break action Stevens 555 .410?
https://www.savagearms.com/content?p=firearms&a=product_summary&s=22165
Thanks,
Tony
Good afternoon, the weight of the 410 to 22lr 18″ adapter is 7oz. It should work fine in a Stevens. Hopefully we can have some more ready later in the year. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
Thanks so much, Chad. I’ve put myself on the waiting list.
You are very welcome!!
Hi Chad,
was wondering if you have a time frame for the .45 acp 18″ adapter? just ordered the 327 18″ adapter and it should be here i think Friday. thanks for making quality products!
Good Afternoon Mr. MCcarty, I do not have a good time frame on the 45 Adapters. I would say it will be late this year or possibly next year.
and thank you for your buisiness.
Chad
received my 18″ 327 adapter. as always fine craftmanship and a perfect fit in my American crescent sxs. will be trying it out in the next week or so. thanks for making these available.
Thank you very much for you feedback, we are glad to hear you are happy with our adapters and appreciate you support.
Chad
Do you have any recommendations for a shotgun to purchase that I could use with the .327 Federal Magnum insert? I do not own a shotgun currently. I actually really just want a single-shot .327 rifle that will also shoot .32 S&W, .32 S&W Long and .32 H&R Magnum, but nobody makes one.
From our testing and the feedback received. H&R have worked very well. Stoeger Tactical and NEF Pardner work very well according to customer feedback. We have had quite a few people say the Hatfield from Walmart works well. Also the Shotgun we use for testing 12ga is a Braztech by Taurus MOD.S121280. Hope this helps. We hope to have a better list in the future.
Chad
Thank you Chad.
You are very welcome.
FedArm SS-12 is a great value. Imported from Turkey, folds in half, 20″ cylinder bore, stainless receiver. I’ve used mine exclusively with Chaszel adapters. Never actually fired a shotshell from it. No issues with 18″ adapters in 9mm, .45ACP and .327 Federal. Also 5″ adapter in .327, no issues. Check out FedArm’s site and order to ship to your FFL. It’s like an upscale Hatfield with a more reasonable barrel length for getting into adapters.
I used my SS-12 recently and shot over a chronograph comparing 1.87″ LCR vs 5″ adapter vs 18″ adapter and ran the gamut from .32 S&W short up to .327 Federal. That 18″ Chaszel adapter makes a HUGE difference in velocity (and, thus, energy) for every round in the .32 family.
Great Info, Thank you very much for sharing.
Chad
I took a look at the FedArm SS-12. Thanks for the recommendation. It looks like a great value! It’s on my list for my next purchase. Awesome!
Robert Teichman wow i just recieved my 327 mag 18″ chazsel adapter today but can’t get to the range for a while and with no chronograph anyway I’m really curious on the fps out of this beautiful “thank you Chad Waters” adapter. I actually have the lcrx 1,87 barrel and the 5″ 327 chaszel adapter and the 327 18″ Are you able to share the data?
Good Afternoon Mr. Teichman, I can not find the fps test results we did on the 18″ but I will try to do some more soon. The 5″ version comes out at 1500-1700 fps according to our results.
Thank you for your business we appreciate your support.
Chad
Unfortunately, my Chronometer wouldn’t save to my phone via cable and I didn’t have a pen and paper to document my session by hand. I shot a lot of different rounds that day from the entire .32 family. I can say that out of the 18″ adapter everything was way above the fps listed on the box or manufacturer’s website… Wish I had hard numbers to report. Maybe on my next outing.
are you still making the 30-30 and 45-70 adapters?
We hope to be able to start on the 30-30 adapters soon then more of the 45-70’s later this year.
i use the midland back packer 18inch barrel , i have the 30-30 and 45-70 inserts and can hit an propane cylinder every time at 100 yards using a bead n notch sight… i too think a 327 single shot is very handy gun …
really, really wish you had some of the heavy barrel blanks in .45LC/.410 16 to 20″ long.
I guess that’s likely low on your list though.
To be honest it is kinda down the list. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help
Hello,
Do you have a ballpark estimate of when the 410 adapters will be back in stock, such as the 410 to .38spl, 410 to .22, etc.
Thank you!
It will be fall at best before we are able to get to the 410 adapters. Thank you.
Chad
Is there a chance you could add a “Notify Me” button for out of stock items? I know that next up for me is 12ga -> .357Mag/.38spl in 18″ rifled. Definitely want to know when it drops so I don’t miss out.
PS: Got a chronograph for myself and went out last Saturday to an outdoor range. Had a blast testing rounds from the .32 family (.32ACP, .32 S&W Long, .32 H&R Mag, .327 Fed Mag). 1.87″ LCR vs Chaszel 5″ rifled adapter vs Chaszel 18″ rifled adapter comparison for a wide variety of rounds. People are fascinated by what I can do with “Thumper” (my FedArm SS12) and your adapters. I always talk your product up for quality and value + lots of grins to use. Hope I’m steering some customers your way.
Good Afternoon, On the Product page where it says out of stock, below it is a button that says email me when available. You can click it and add you email to be notified when the product is back in stock
(This has recently changed, it did say add to wait list). Thank you for you feedback and your support we really appreciate you telling people about us. It is great to hear that you are happy with you adapter.
Thank you again and I hope you have a great day.
Chad
I need 2 inserts 12 bore to .45-70, 24″. any idea when you will have more in stock?
Good Afternoon, I have just listed a the last few I have from this run. It will most likely be fall before we have a chance to make more.
Chad
I too am interested in getting my hands on at least one of these .45-70, 24″. I relize that there my not be too much of a demand for these or maybe there is…not at all trying to get into your business but why wait until fall?
Good Afternoon, The reason It will most likely be fall is that we have other products that have been out of stock for some time that we have had a lot of request for. We will be listing more of the 18″ soon.
Thanks,
Chad
Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time.
Love the 327 federal magnum in 18” length for my 20ga slug barrel! I have purchased other barrel inserts but the new design is nice with labels of caliber makes for easy selection. Would like to also have a 41 magnum and a 10mm auto/40SW barrel insert for my 20ga in 18” length if possible! Thanks again
Any interest in 10 gauge adapters? I have an older SXS that would benefit from 12 gauge adapters and possibly a larger caliber like 45-70 or dare I say 500 S&W? Also could the ten gauge possibly handle 3 1/2 inch 12 gauge?
i have a 10 gauge Zabala double that i would like 45-70 adapters for if possible or even 450-400 or 416 rigby if those are an option
We will look into it but it will not be anytime soon. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
Chad
I stumbled onto your website by accident and I was blown away by what you guys have designed. Those adapter products you guys make are unreal. You guys are geninus, too bad your all out of stock. You know. You have something great, when you can’t keep up with keeping it in stock. You guys are bad ass! Keep up the great work and stay safe. Aloha from Hawaii!
Thank you for your kind words we are doing our best. Thank you again for your support.
-Chad
What kind of time frame you looking for 45 LC and 357 in 20 ga?
Thanks
We hope to have some of the 20ga to 357 in about 2 months. It will probably be fall before we have the 20ga to 45LC. Thank you!
Chad
Hi- I have a 24 inch encore 12 ga rifled slug barrel. I like to get a 410 insert for it for turkey hunting. My questions, 1. Can a 24 inch 410 insert be purchased? 2. Are they able to be tapped for screw in chokes?, and 3. Can TSS be shot through them? Sorry for all the questions im just searching for my best option before I spend any money. Thanks for you time.
Good afternoon, We do not have a 24″ version at the moment. Next time we make them we do plan on making a 24 and 28 inch version also however it will be later in the year before we do so. I am not sure what size tap is used for a 410 choke. TSS shot should work fine out of this adapter. Thank you for your interest.
-Chad
Iv ordered the 44mag last month and its fantastic machine work, I fully plan on ordering all the pistol calibers. I’ll be getting my 45-70 order in today and it’s what I plan on hunting with.
Has any testing been done with 7.62×39? Would love to pick up a 16-18in version.
We have been looking at the 7.62×39 we hope to be able to make some the next time we run 30-30 win’s.
12ga to 7.62×39 wow thatd sell very fast
Would like the 30.06 to .308 army/navy type adapter that you locktite into place to fire .308. Or 30.06 to 7.62×39 adapter?
Would like a 20 Gauge to .308 or 7.62×39 (rifled) but would buy it in 12 gauge if can’t be made in 20 gauge.
Good Afternoon, We do plan on making some 7.62×39 rifled adapters for 12 and 20 gauge this year.
Chad
that would be awesome. hopefully i can get one when they come out!
i dropped a 165 pound doe dead in her track using the 45-70 insert with a 300 gr jacked hollow point you wont be disappointed with the results using any of chaszels inserts i got the 30-30 12 ga insert too im love these inserts so much.
What’s up with the 16 gauge to 9mm i noticed yall didn’t have any on yalls website…
We just haven’t had time to get into the 16 gauge as much as we would like. We hope to do more in the near future.
Chad
When will the next batch of 9mm barrel liners be done?
Hopefully in 2-3 Months
12G to 410, 18in is the only option. My double barrels are 18 in. Will this adapter interfere with the installed chokes?
You should not have any issues with any choke on these adapters.
Thank you,
Chad
We have taken the 45-70 adapters to finishing. Hopefully we will be able to have some ready in a week or two.
love my 45-70 insert alot more then the deer do,,, also my bear gun
Howdy, I’m interested in a 11 inch 20g to 9mm I’m a big fan of my Chippia one and would love to try yours, do you know when they will be back in stock
Hi, Hopefully it will be sometime in the late spring or early summer.
joey, I ve made a couple 20 ga/9mm ,go with the longer 18 ” version you ll get around 200+ feet per second extra at the muzzle. Mind shoots awesome. I m no great shot but a 6″ gong at 100 yds with a 125 grain 9mm is no problem!
A 20 gauge to .30-30 18″ rifled barrel would be of great interest to me.
That is good to hear. We will be selling 20ga to 30-30 18″ Long this weekend.
Thank you for your input.
Chad
Will there be a new run of 20ga to 30-30 18″ any time soon? Would love that and/or 12ga to 30-06 18″. Thanks!!
We do hope to be able to make another run of 20ga 30-30 18″ in 2-3 months.
Any chance of a custom request order of 20 ga. to 7×57 Mauser?
Probably not anytime soon but we will look into it for the future. Thank you for your input.
Chad
I am looking for the 12 gauge to 45 colt adapter in 11 or 18 inch. Any idea on timeframe to make them again? Also I was looking at the ATI nomad single shot 12 guage. Any experience with these shotguns to know whether your adapter will fit? Or can I use my pump shotgun by removing the barrel to install the adapter?
Good Afternoon Mr. Smith, It will be this fall before we are able to start working on the 12ga – 45 Colt. That adapter should work well with the nomad 12 gauge. I don’t have any experience with using adapters with a pump. Thank you for your interest.
Chad
@ Don Smith, Chamber adapters vs pump can risk damage to your extractor.
I’ve gotten great mileage out of my choice for running Chaszel adapters, the FedArm SS-12. You may want to take a look at that one. Another import from Turkey. 20″ barrel, 3″ chamber and a stainless receiver. Folds in half neatly. Possibly made in the same factory(s) as the Nomad. I’ve used 18″ x 9mm, 18″ x .45ACP, 18″ x .327 Federal and 5″ x .327 with no issues whatsoever. Cheers.
Thank you for letting us know. We appreciate you feedback.
Chad
Good Afternoon, Just an update. We have the 12 and 20 gauge adapters back from finishing and hope to have them ready to list this weekend. This run of adapters are all 18″ chambered in two calibers. The 327 Federal and the 30-30 win. For the past 2 weeks we have been working on 12 gauge 45-70 Adapters in 18 and 24″ lengths. If all goes well we hope to have them ready in about a month from now. Thanks to everyone for your continued interest and support it is greatly appreciated.
-Chad
Put me down for one of each (327 — 30-30)
do you plan on a 20 gauge to .any of these calibers: .10 mm, 454 casull, 223, .243, .308 or 6.5 Creedmoore?
We do plan on making a 10mm hopefully later this year. As for the others we still need further testing on the 50k+ pressure rounds.
Will you add replaceable chokes as an option?
Will you add threading as an option? Such as threaded 22lr or 45acp.
There could be a market for suppressors which fit inside a 12 gauge.
We have considered this option for the future.
Thanks,
Chad
Hello. When 357 Magnum Shotgun rifled Adapter black oxide 5″ long for 20 Gauge Shotguns is available to buy? Thanks
It will probably be 3-4 Months.
Chad
Does this include 357 in the 11″ 12ga? 3-4 months.
At the moment we are working some work for another company as soon as we are finished the 9mm 357 and 380 Adapters are next on the to do list. Hopefully it will be sooner possible 2-3 months from now. Thank you for your interest.
-Chad
Put me on the 30/30 list
You are on it. Thank you for your interest.
Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone. The Last couple of weeks we have been working on some 18″Long 327 Federal Mag to 12ga and 20ga. In addition to those we are making 12ga to 30-30 Win 18″ Long. The 30-30 has been one of the most requested and they are coming along well. Hope to have some of both ready in about a month. Thanks so much for everyone’s support and interest.
Chad
Hope y’all make .308 win.and 7.62×39….in 18″ long I love my 9mm in that length it’s nice..i hope y’all get plenty of the 30-30 produced I want one to add to my collection thanks for making these adapters …..
We hope to be able to make some 7.62×39 early this summer when we make more of the 30-30. Thank you for your support.
Chad
I am on the list for the 30-30 and would also like a 7.62×39
when do you anticipate MAKING MORE 45-70 ADAPTERS?
Hopefully in 2-3 months, Thank you for your interest.
Chad
I am interested in the 45 colt shotgun adapter 18 inch for the 20 gauge sb1 . And permanently setting in . Can these liners tolerate 20k psi. To 30k psi. For the heavier loads that can be loaded for 45 colt? Thanks for your input.
Good Afternoon, We currently do not have any of the 18″ 20 gauge 45 colt adapters. Although they will be fine at 20K and should be fine 30k but I would recommend keeping them under 30K. Thank you for your interest
Chad
Good morning Chaszel, Everyone. I have been using your 410 to 38sp both 5in and recently your 18in. 18in 38sp insertion is of no problem, and dang they work very well “I LIKE IT” sure others will too. My question of though concerning we don’t know the measurements or have a way to measure if and or how much a tappered barrel could be, though I using the 38sp X 18in Adapter,.. (my question) -do you think your 410 to 9mm Luger would work for me too? I have been waiting on your list for your production and I’m ready to place my order now that you have them available. Whatya think?
Also; wondering if you intend on having 410 to 22 Hornet adapters anytime at all or soon? (I’ll take two for sure) and my group/friends would likem too..
Anyways, please let me know about the 9mm my question. (I think if I can fit the 38spX18 with no problem, that I’ll be able to use your 9mm adapter as well.
Thanks for Everything
Jon B. (aka) J.C.B
Good morning J.C.B thank you for your feedback appreciate it. Yes if the 38″ 18″ works so should the 9mm 18″. The 22 hornet is not in the near future but we do plan on making them again. Thank you for all your support.
Chad
Hello Chad, Thanks for the follow up regarding the 410to9mmx18in adapter. I will place my order for one shortly -today. Looking forward having that one too. What a great hobby, Thank you for Chaszels contribution. Keep the great work coming. Hey! How can we twist your arms on that 22 Hornet tho…
Have a Great Day
&
Thanks Again
Jon B.
Any idea when you’ll be doing another run of the 12 Gauge to 45-70 inserts? I’ll order two of the 24″ lengths when you do make them. Thank you !
If all goes as planned I will have some more ready in 3-4 months. Possibly sooner but don’t hold me to that.
Thank you. I’m on the waiting list so let me know !!
I have read of some problems with other brands of shotgun inserts when used in the Midland Backpacker single barrel gun. Have you had any reports of concerns using your product in this gun?
Yes, We have a Midland that we use for testing. We do not recommend using these for high pressure rounds. However rounds such as 45LC, 45ACP, 410, 44 Special, 380, 38sp, 9mm, 32 Long, 32 Acp, 22lr and 22wmr have worked fine with the Midland.
-Chad
I’m looking for an inexpensive break action which can handle higher pressure. What do you recommend? I almost bought a midland backpack because they claim to be strong.
I have a CZ hammer coach. Do you recommend that for higher pressure?
It would make an interesting double 45-70, firing 45-70 blackpowder or “cowboy” rounds.
Good Afternoon, At this time I do not have a list of shotguns that are compatible although we are hoping to get a list together soon. I can tell you that any Shotgun with a SB1 or SB2 shoud be fine.
Thanks,
Chad
Good Afternoon, I do not have a list of compatible shotguns for high pressure rounds however any shotgun with a sb1 or sb2 receiver should be fine. We have a Midland that we have tested with and form our testing it did not puncture the primer (which is the issue) on the 45-70 although it did deform the primer so I can not recommend it. The Shotgun we have used for testing is a Braztech made by Taurus MOD.S121280 It has work very well with every thing we have made. We hope to be able to get a list that is compatible soon. Thank you for your interest, I’m sorry I could not be of more help at this time.
Chad
We have started working on the 12ga to 22 LR and 22 WMR. The will be two lengths 11 and 18. Thanks to everyone for you input and support.

Any projected time frame on getting the 38 special adapters for the Cobray/Leinad derringers?
Sorry, I do not have a time frame for those at the moment.

Hi Everyone, I hope everyone had a Great Christmas and a Happy New Year. We finished up the 410 adapters today and will be taking them to finishing tomorrow. So hopefully in a week or so (when we get them back) we will be ready to list the new 38 special, 380 and 9mm 410 Adapters. I will try to send out an email to everyone who has signed up on the email list when we do. Thanks again for all of your support and We hope you have a Wonderful New Year.

Happy New Year to all at Chaszel.. Say! I’ve tried contacting via your web page, but no joy. I guess Santa overlooked me on Christmas, but I have been good. I was just on ebay at your store and purchased another 410 to 38 adapter. My dad was impressed so I ordered him one. I really like mine and I’m really looking forward for when you’ll have to 18 inchers (even 12’s) ready in the other calibers especially those in 410 to 22 Hornets , 9mm and 38’s. Hope ya got over your illness to help bring in the new years. Have not seen any updates from you guys so i suppose the rest of us are wondering how everything’s going. (How’s it going?) Cheers to ya’s and have a great new year..
p.s. Great Products.. keepem coming
Thank you, I feel much better now. I’m sorry to hear about Santa it is a shame he couldn’t make it for Christmas. Things here are moving along well, not exactly as planed but they never are..lol. I hope you and everyone has a fabulous New Year!!!
It would be great to have a 22 Hornet adapter in 12 gauge. Thanks folks
I’ve bought two of your 18″ rifled .44 Magnum adapters in the last 6 months and was very pleased with both..I put one in a cut down NEF 12 gauge single shot which I sold to help finance another project where I put a rifled 18″ 44 mag adapter in the top barrel of a Browning Citori 12 Gauge over /under shotgun that I cut the barrels down to 20″. I’ll soon be buying another 44 mag adapter to make a double rifle out of my Citori.Your products are of very high quality and the accuracy was very acceptable Have you considered a 7.62 x 39 mm adapter for a 12 gauge? Or a .22 Hornet adapter for a 12 gauge. I’d be very interested in buying both if they ever come on the market. I belong to quite a few Facebook hunting and outdoors sites and I’ve mentioned your products quite a bit. Have you noticed any increase in sales ? Lol !! It’s amazing the people out there who have never heard of chamber adapters. As for me, I’m hooked !!
Thank you for the feedback, we really appreciate it. Also for spreading the word on Facebook. We have made a 22 hornet adapter in the past, Hopefully we will make some more next year. Thanks again and Hope you have a Wonderful New Year.
-Chad
Thank you very much Sir and to you and everyone at Chaszel as well !!
How soon on the 24″ 45-70 adapters?? Anxiously awaiting!
Vettepilot
I have a couple more that I will relist Sunday the 29th.

Im going to need advice for my 12G.
I want to buy 9mm and .22 adapters. If I have an 18.5 or 20 inch 12G barrel, should I not take an 18 inch adapter because of the adapter muzzle being so close to the 12G muzzle? I understand that a longer adapter is more accurate and speedy but right at the muzzle of the 12G may negatively effect accuracy. Or it wont matter?
Also, in .22 adapters, if I recall, 1:16 twist rate is considered normal for a .22 rifle. You offer 1:12 and 1:18. Higher twist rate is more accurate, yes no? How do I decide? Also, if I take a magnum adapter, i assume I can also fire LR from it? Thanks.
From all the testing we have done we have seen no adverse affects from having the end of the insert close to the end of the shotgun barrel. For the 22 cal we only chamber the shorter adapters with a 1-12 twist the Longer adapters have a 1-18 twist. The button we have is actually a 1-16 twist although it works out at 1-18″. a 22 LR will normally fire out of a magnum but could possibly miss fire due to the chamber being to large. Hope this helps and that you have a Merry Christmas.
Chad
Ok, fair enough, thank you. Also, since in the site you mention only a slight difference in FPS with the longest .45 adapter, would you say that would be true of the difference between 11 and 18 adapters in other calibers? It seems that so much is being accomplished with an 11 already, im trying to justify taking 18s. Help?
The FPS increase from 11 to 18 Inch will vary according to the round. For instance a 9mm will only increase about 30 fps whereas a 357 will be 100+ fps. In my opinion it just comes down to preference. Hope this helps.
Chad
I would like to see. 410, 12, or even a 20 gauge, to the hot 7.62×25 Tokerav pistol round, in an 18 inch barrel. Many people bought these cool little handguns, along with the cheap surplus ammo. I believe, that many, many, people, would second, this pick. I wonder how that round would perform, screaming out of that 18 incher?
I have a shortened scoped H&R topper 20 gauge that I think would be really nifty to use as a 38-55/.375 Win. Legal for deer in Iowa now as is 45-70, and .444 Marlin. 18″ barrel would be fine. 11″ would do. My shots deer hunting are usually quite close from a tree stand. Do some experimenting with .444 Marlin too. I would prefer that over 45-70. Can you fire 44-40 in a .444 Marlin chamber?
Good afternoon, Just an update on what been going on. We have been working on the 18″ 410 inserts. Although there’s more work in them than initially thought. As a result it is taking longer than expected, on top of being sick for 5 days. They are getting there just not as quickly as I hoped. Hope everyone is doing well.
Chad
Dang.. Hey 5 days! Wow just like me except my granddaughter gave me her cold-bug. We’re getting better tho. Rest is Best.. so you “Get Well Soon”
Take care 👍
p.S.. what are the chances of a long 22 Hornet adapter for 410
also do accept special orders?
Thanks
also 22 hornet for 12 gauge, 18 in.
Good afternoon fellows, Am wondering if any updates ;0)
Chaszel, I would like to see a 410 adapter in 327 Federal magnum preferably in 11″ or 18″
Thanks, G Moskwa
second this 410 -327 .. 11″
I vote for this also. A double barrel 410 with one having 327 federal adapter makes an awesome combo gun for a great survival gun.

Thank you Very Much, I appreciate all of the support and I hope you have a Wonderful Thanksgiving.
Any chance that you could send some feelers out there, to see if it would be worth your while, to do some Tokerav barrel adapters 7.62×25. I am one of those people, that bought a few budget, surplus Tokerav pistols, and i would love to have an 18 inch barrel/12 gauge adapter.
Thank you for the info I will look in the this round.
Great news and progress. Especially waiting for your 410 production
